This is a 2008 Vulcan 900 Custom with the factory pipes.
The baffle walls have been cut out and the baffle tubes removed.
It has a nice sound to it without spending $500+ on aftermarket pipes. Plus the factory pipes on this bike model look pretty slick.

Yes, I have done this and it works, but with a slight mod…. before you de baffle, get a 22mm hole cutter and a 400mm extension and clear the blockage that way first. Then de baffle. Anyone wants to know how to do this, e mail me. Yes, 1 – 1.5 hours max, what’s the rush?
