This is pretty much a video for those of you too fat or too lazy to go check out gear at a shop by yourself.

With regards to helmets. The more expensive the helmet….the more comfortable, and possibly more quiet it will be.

ARAI ARAI ARAI ARAI ARAI sry but you cant tell me that an arai helmet with a double fiber shell are as much protecting as a cheap 100Dollar helmet !! also the main protection is the inner shell not the outer shell because otherwise we would just make helmets from metal….

The difference …
The difference between cheap and expensive helmets isn’t the protection they give. It has more to do with the luxury and comfort. So more expensive helmets will be lighter, more comfortable, have a pinlock visor etc. Things like that make the difference between expensive and cheap. And maybe the protection could be different, but i guess the difference isn’t that big.

, I can’t imagine spending this much on gear. I’ve got a 1 pc leather suit, textile jacket, helmet, gloves, and race boots and I don’t think combined they cost more than $500. Mostly teknic stuff I got on sale.
