Does anybody knows where to find parts and Accessories for a Harley Davidson Sportster XL 883C 2001?

All I find is parts of later models and I just can’t find anywhere to buy custom parts, such as engine guards, grips, footpegs etc.

Look on eBay.

Go to any local bike rally, they should have a couple of after-market parts dealers.

Go to Google and type in "2001 XL 883C parts".

Look around your local bike shops for ads for upcoming swap meets.

Ask around about any "bike graveyards" where bikes are parted out.

You must not be looking too hard, these are the two largest aftermarket companies for HD’s and have been around for about 30 years
