I managed to get my HD mirrors close to where I really like them, but it took a lot of adjusting. I had to move the bars as well as the mirrors. I was used to the longer stalks that came on old Hondas. They crossed behind me easily.

J&P cycles , man. They got everything for your sporty. http://www.jpcycles.com/ They will send you a catalog free and you can buy online.

OOPS,… looks like I got the thumbs down fairies following me again. I'm devastated.

If you get mirrors that stick out too far, it will ruin the bad boy appearance of the HD and make it look like a nerd bike
(don't deal with J&P Cycles, they are too expensive with their added shipping and handling charge, its better cost effective to have your local HD Dealer order them for you)

Edit: just trying to help, I stand back and notice how HD Riders talk and make fun of other HD Riders by the way they accessorize their HD

Look in the 2009 Harley Davidson parts and accessories book – pages 588 to 592. There are plenty to chose from and they're made to fit.

Have it sitting open in my lap now.
