my 05 Harley electra glide wont start or light up?

my 05 Harley electra glide wont start, nor will any of the lights work except the brake light and the two dash lights in the center, the accessories switch lights up and the horn works and thats it, all the fuses have been checked with an ohm meter and the batter has been checked with a voltage meter

first try charging the battery it may have been checked but it doesn’t hurt to try. second make sure none of the wires are messed up. third get new spark plugs, i would pick NGK iridium little more expensive but better than regular, if none of that works then take it to a harley davidson store but i HAS to be Harley Davidson. only harley has a computer that will tell exactly wats wrong with it. nobody but harely stores. it will cost a pretty penny but it depends how much you love ur bike.Good Luck hope i helped
