As long as you didn't put your family into financial difficulty because of it, I think it is a SUPER gift.

God Bless you wonderful lady! Your husband is one incredibly lucky and blessed man. What a wonderful wonderful way to show your love and respect by honoring his biggest wish. If you guys can afford having the H-D, then it's not too much. Besides the two of you can enjoy this together and it may even bring the two of you closer together. You are evidently a wonderful wonderful lady and if you weren't already married… I'd ask you to marry me myself.

You go girl! Your husband will be thrilled, and the two of you are about to begin some fantastic adventures! I think it was an excellent choice! I got my husband a 2006 Road King – to replace the 1998 Sportster 886 (which he passed to me!) – and he has been smiling ever since! Enjoy the wind at your knees, and have fun together!

I bought my husband a snowmachine for Christmas one year. Our machines had been stolen and he was devastated. His friends helped me give it to him. He was thrilled. I was nervous too, but he loved it!!

No i don't think it is to much.. I have a man who is the same way wonderful in every way you can think.. I am starting to do the same thing for him cause he would also like a harley or a corvette which ever can come first.. I think if you feel that he deserves it then he probably does..

speaking from experience. my wife bought me a brand new truck for Christmas last year. we've been married 26 years now. and we are an average family with two kids. it first I was shocked and thought how are we gonna pay for this . And found out she had been saving for years . She didn't completely paid off but the payments are under hundred dollars a month . Yes it was a bit much . but every day I get in that truck . All I can think is I'm one lucky man whose wife truly loves and cares about me . And my friends all they can think is WOW what did you do for her I just smile . So yes it is a bit much. but he will always Remember that day you gave him his dream

Hey that was the coolest gift ever. Do you have any sisters, cousins, nieces or something like that? All you women need to take notes. You need to teach a class. That is how gift giving is supposed to be.:)

Guess what? He is a very lucky man—-not to have the Harley, but to have YOU as a wife. I think it's wonderful to give someone you love something that they have dreamed of having. I wish you both many more years of happiness!

I also want one, if he doesn't want it, I'll offer to have it!

It's not too much, and I'm guessing that after 15 years you got him a good one (not one from the early-to-mid eighties.

Congratulations!!!

Love and feelings cannot be measured by things…But its measured by the affection by which you give it. I personally feel that its not too much…bcoz he wanted something for last so many yrs and you knew that and as soon as your funds allowed u gt it for him…So thats a wonderfull loving things. I pray god that everybody gets a loving and acring partner like you.
