How fat is your wallet? These are custom bikes and they cost a small fortune. I recall something like $35,000-over $100,000. You can buy a kit chopper off of the Internet for about $14,000 and customize it yourself for a lot less, but then it wouldn't be an OCC. References :

Too much, unless you want one of their suck@$$ cookie cutter bikes. A real custom will set you back at least 60- 75 grand and up. Go to big bear choppers or Larry from biker buildoff, he still hasn't sold out and you can get a real bike. References :
